The most problematic link in the chain is the report from Dupo officer Matt Jany.
Unlike the officers in Lebanon, Shiloh and Millstadt, Jany observed lights at a greater apparent distance and reportedly noted a blinking green light in addition to other navigation lights. Green and red navigation lights are standard features of conventional aircraft.
